With the sun on my back and a smile on my face, I was on the prowl around Primrose Hill, and spotted a lovely green bike resting outside Seasame Wholefoods.
Out walked Ellie, who proceeded to chat to me energetically as I quizzed her about cycling, and meanwhile slotted a bottle of fruit juice into her bottle cage.
