Next time one of your bicycles is headed for the great bikeshed in the sky, consider this alternative method of preserving it for posterity.

Austrian illustrator and designer Andreas Schweiger, based in Vienna, has upcycled a plethora of old bicycles to create an unusual family of hunting trophies.

Old saddles, brake levers and handlebars have become horned beasts of all descriptions, and thus holders for bikes, bags, hats and anything else lying around the home.

You can buy Andrea’s ‘Upcycle Fetish’ creations here.
