Shooting New York’s street and catwalk fashions for over fourty years, photographer Bill Cunningham’s favourite mode of transport has always been his bike.

He’s now the subject of a fascinating documentary “Bill Cunningham New York“, which explores his enormous body of work and paints a portrait of a loveable, if lonely, character. (We’re talking about a guy who sleeps on a mattress amongst a room of filing cabinets containing his negatives!)
